Brand: BaileyBerth: 4
This modern, 4 berth Bailey Unicorn caravan is in a very good condition throughout the caravan. It has the convenience of a fixed double bed with a washroom to the rear. Due to the combination of surrounding windows, large front skylight and the rooflight above, the front lounge has a pleasant, light and airy feel. Externally the caravan is in a good condition. If you plan to use the caravan with an awning there is an awning light. We describe the interior in detail below.
Central to the caravan, the TV station is directly opposite the Kitchen. It's position means that the television can be easily viewed from the front lounge. The station has the usual TV connection point, 12 volt and mains socket power points. These are connected to a signal booster and the aerial. There are also cupboards and drawers for storage of DVD's, leads etc or if you preferred these could be utilised for extra kitchen storage.
Note also that there is an additional TV connection point at the very front of the caravan.
Providing a fixed double bed, the bedroom comes with 4 overhead lockers, a small, basic vanity area and a large wardrobe style cupboard.
The WashroomAs you enter, immediately on your left is a wall mounted mirror with a fixed spotlight above. Then, immediately in front, you will find the Thetford C-260 cassette toilet with integrated header tank and above that, set into the corner a very handy utlity cupboard that has a number of shelves. Continuing round, we find the washbasin with single mixer tap. This has the usual storage cupboard beneath, but also to it's right-hand side is a laundry basket.
Finally, we come to the quadrant shaped shower cubicle measuring 65cm x 65cm approximately. The cubicle has a curved, sliding door for entry and exit. The shower is fitted with the popular EcoCamel shower head. There is also a roof vent to reduce condensation. Daylight comes into the washroom via the window and roof vent. For nightime lighting there is a total of 4 fixed spotlights ( 3 in the main area and 1 in the shower cubicle ) plus a main ceiling light. There is also a heated towel rail.

Quote 1Hi Dick
I had a 36 months gold package with them and made a claim for a repair in France. They paid 80% of the bill which was over 1100 euro. In my book that was good value Steve
Quote 2Hi Glandwr. I have had very good experiences with this company 3 years ago. Firstly, the power steering rack failed. One phone call to MB&G. I was asked where I would like to have it done, which was our local garage in Gretna. They then contacted the gararage. All I had to do was to sit and wait a few days until it was done.Brilliant!
Next was the kitchen tap which went in France--quick phone call to MB&G--kept receipt and was re-imbursed within 4 days of being back home. The integral bike rack hinges failed. It was repaired by Peter Hambilton, who did a brilliant job. Again, just a quick phone call to MB&G,and everything was sorted. I would only hope they are still as good now as they were then. I couldn't fault them. The warranty was in with the price of the van,so I can't say how much it cost but as the van was 10 yrs old I wanted some form of assurance for that 1st year. Incidentally,it's needed nothing since, other than basic service items. You can only speak as you find, but for me they were very good.
The type/level of warranty applicable is dependent on the age of the caravan. The information provided here is not exhaustive; it is not possible to state what is included and what is specifically excluded by the warranty cover you will receive. If you require this information then you need to check your policy or request the information before purchasing the caravan.
