Kampa Ace Air Pro 400
Kampa have sought to build on their thirty seven years experience of awning design and combine this with their success in the more recent developments of inflatable awnings - the result is the stylish and highly functional Ace Air Pro 400. The main awning material is Kampa's Weathershield Pro which is both durable and weather resistant.
You will notice the distinctive shaped front panels of the awning, which not only give it style but provide extra space inside. Indeed the awning has a very useful depth of 3 metres and a width of 4 metres providing 12 square metres approximately of extra floor space.
The Kampa Ace Air Pro 400 has large clear, panoramic windows so that you can enjoy those stunning holiday locations from the comfort of your awning, whilst also providing plenty of natural light. Extra light into the awning is provided by the roof skylights. The windows also have curtains with tie-backs, that are on an easy run track.
All the awning's four panels can be be unzipped and completely removed if you choose to do so.
The main material that an awning is made from is important and the Ace Air Pro 400 is no exception. This awning uses Kampa's Weathershield Pro fabric, that is used on a great deal of their awning range. It has a proven track record with its strong durability and high value weatherproofing. Despite these qualities it remains lightweight and manageable - great for easy set up and handling. Kampa have also made improvements to the UV protection and the coatings to make sure that Weathershield Pro continues to function well as an awning material.
The awning also incorporates another innovation from Kampa - their Dual-Pitch Roof System ( for more information about the features see below ).
The awning is what Kampa call 'Limpet Ready', meaning it is ready to accept Kampa's Limpet Fix System. This is clever method of attaching the side walls of the awning to the caravan.
The awning benefits from Kampa's Single Point Inflation. This is a single point from where the entire awning is inflated including all airpoles and beams. This also means that there is only one valve ( on other brands, each of the poles are seperate and need to be pumped up individually ).
The Ace Air Pro 400 is also what Kampa call 'Sabre Link Ready'. The SabreLink Link System provides effective lighting to your awning. You can link up to three light strips together with each strip having 150 LED lights. This is an optional extra.
A unique feature to the Kampa range, the AccessoryTrack adds an extra line of beading running on the inside, parallel with the awning beading that connects the awning to the caravan. This allows for accessories, such as an organiser and hanging rail, to be attached to the awning through the use of a specially designed connection by Kampa.

Kampa Dual Pitch Roof System
Introduced in the 2018 awning season, Kampa have developed a roof system, giving their caravan awnings greater interior headroom. This increases the practical nature of the awnings and makes Kampa awnings even more desirable and spacious.
As well as increased headroom, Kampa have considered the importance of the roof's performance. To avoid pockets of water sitting on the roof, it is important that rain water is shed efficiently. It is also important that wind is deflected. Both these requirements are achieved by the careful consideration given to the pole structure of each roof - maintaining it's tautness and thereby avoiding slack areas that are prone to puddling.

Kampa Single Inflation Point
Because Kampa link all the airpoles the entire awning can be inflated and deflated from a single point; this includes all supporting airpoles and beams - there are no additional poles to inflate. This makes the inflatable awning even quicker and easier to setup and pack away.

Kampa Sabre Link Ready
This means that the awning is ready to use with Kampa's SabreLink System - a lighting system design specifically by Kampa for Kampa awnings. It allows you to link upto three lights together ( providing 450 LED's ). The Sabrelink system can be fixed to the front and centre poles of the awning.

Kampa Limpet Ready
This means that the awning is ready to use with Kampa's Limpet Fix System - a very handy and clever way of attaching the rear wall of your Kampa awning to your caravan. The awning has pre-cut holes and you place the Limpet through these holes. You can then attach the Limpet to a smooth surface on your caravan.

Kampa QuickPitch Guying System
Heavy duty straps that can be pegged out in seconds. Peg the bottom strap taut and adjust the top buckle to apply tension.

Kampa AirFrame
Single Point Inflation Airframe awnings inflate entirely from just one external point, creating an exceptionally strong structure. The AirFrame is incredibly durable, each AirPole is made of a strong TPU inflation tube zipped into a reinforced laminated oxford polyester/PE cover, which is then zipped into a heavy-duty polyester sleeve in the awning.
